Don’t Know What Kind of Reputation You Have at Work?

Partner with your manager or your Human Resources business partner on ways for you to gain greater insight into your reputation at work.

  • Contact your organization’s Leadership Development department to see if your organization uses an assessment that would help you understand your reputation.
  • Contact a trusted colleague (at work or elsewhere) with whom you can have a candid conversation on what colleagues may say about you when you are not around. Work on ways to further illustrate the positive observations and improve the negative observations.
