I’m thrilled to announce my new podcast called “Be Brave @ Work with Ed Evarts: Stories About Courageous Steps in Your Workplace.”

My goal is to help listeners make positive progress on challenges they are facing in the workplace by hearing from folks who share, or have shared, the same challenge. Maybe you haven’t said or done something that needs to be said or done – or perhaps there’s something you need to say or do that requires bravery.
